Terms & Conditions:

Items must be returned and received within 14 Days of Receipt of Delivery.
New Mood do not cover the cost of the return delivery.
Items must be returned in original condition with labels attached.
We do not offer exchange on items purchased. Items must be returned and re-ordered on the website if required.
If the item received is faulty, please email the details to: returns@newmood.ie and return the item with the original order document
Refunds are processed within 2 to 3 days of receipt to us! It is at the discretion of your bank as to when the money will be returned to your account.
* no returns or exchange on Sale or Outlet purchases - online or in store.
